WHO'S STAYING?
We've reserved all 29 rooms in the building for our guests! All but a few of us will be staying here together.
 

HOW DO I GET HERE?

As soon as you walk out of the airport, you'll notice certified taxi drivers wearing matching blue shirts. They have a regular rate of $25 USD per person from the airport to Drift Hotel/downtown San Jose del Cabo.

HOW DO ROOM ASSIGNMENTS WORK?

Kelsey and Matt have strategically placed each guest based on needs of the guests, connecting close friends near each other, and where we think you'd enjoy your stay most. If you have certain needs or preferences, let us know!

 

WHEN ARE PEOPLE ARRIVING?
Most people are arriving on Wednesday for their first night. 
 

WHERE IS DRIFT LOCATED
Right in the center of town in between plenty of beautiful and delicious shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Everything is only a few steps away and easy to discover on your own terms. We made a list of our favorites that you can find here (link coming soon).

WHAT AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED? 

Air Conditioner, strong WiFi, free breakfast (baked goods, fruit, coffee), shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body lotion, hair dryer, Bose speakers, yoga mat, ear plugs, bath towels, face towels, pool/beach towels, hangers.

The hotel has a pool and bar but no front desk. If you need assistance on-site, there's typically someone at the bar, a GM walking around, or you can text the number they provide you with.

WHAT KEY ITEMS SHOULD I BRING?

Sun lotion, light sweaters for cooler nights, pesos cash in advance (we ended up tipping in pesos often)

NOISE CONCERNS:

Drift is located between busy restaurants and bars so please expect distant DJs and bumping bases from afar between 11pm - 2am. The hotel provides basic ear plugs and bose speakers (great for white noise apps). We will be bringing down other options for people to experiment with like wax earplugs and ear muffs but please be sure to test and bring your own as well!
